f'ing dhu right? gah, I got suckered in a few years ago when they were on sale. I knew better, but I had just missed the big MSP sale and couldn't get a vendor to give me a similar price. beyond the fact that I didn't have $800, it kinda galled me to pay that much when they were selling for $450 two months prior. So I picked up these lumps of ill-fitting mystery metal and have felt dirty ever since. I thought that sense of shame would be about the worst of it, but I spent most of today trying to install them and have been proven horribly wrong. Nothing is fitting right, I've had to abuse the shit out of my heat sheilds with a band saw and a hammer. There are several parts which don't allow the turbo's to be installed while in place, but can't be installed after the turbos either, so your left holding the turbo half in place with one hand while trying to install something else with the other. Then when you think you have everything good you realize the compressor outlet can't be installed without caving in your heat shield even more, time the pull it all off and start over again! a few more times cramping my hands up to get at the exhaust housing flange nuts and people will start to confuse me and Mario in pictures =( Just want to thank all the cocks over at AMS for proving time and time again that buying cheap can really cost you.
